Relatives and Revolution

guillotine Jane Austen lived a quiet life. She never traveled abroad, she never married or had a child, and she certainly never faced violent revolution. By contrast, her cousin (and later sister-in-law) Eliza de Feuillide had all these experiences, and more. Mary Landrum will present "Crossing the Channel: Jane's Beloved Cousin, Eliza, and the French Revolution." Sounds very exciting indeed!
