Book Club Launch

Join the San Diego Region as we kick off our new book club!

"And to all this she must yet add something more substantial, in the improvement of her mind by extensive reading." Who are we to refuse Mr. Darcy's instructions?!

For the kickoff meeting, you'll have the option of purchasing coffee, wine, sandwich, or pastry as we gather on the shaded patio of Con Pane Bakery to share book recommendations and vote on the first Austen-adjacent volume to start our new series (which officially begins on November 22).

The Jane Austen Society of North America is dedicated to the enjoyment and appreciation of Jane Austen and her writing. JASNA is a nonprofit organization, staffed by volunteers, whose mission is to foster among the widest number of readers the study, appreciation, and understanding of Jane Austen’s works, her life, and her genius.
